The app also provides customers with the flexibility to build their own plan starting at $5, the lowest pay-as-you-go rates for international calls and texts, and nationwide coverage. For those who are not yet Tello customers, they can order a phone or bring their own device to Tello.com. As a Tello customer, they will get prepaid service with no contract commitment, pure freedom, and the option to keep their old phone number and cell phone. Additionally, Tello offers 24/7 customer service by email and phone, unlimited 2G data after using LTE data, and data tethering across all devices for free.
