The app features Kayla Itsines, a co-founder and elite head trainer, along with other world-class trainers who guide users on their fitness journey. Sweat offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts, including HIIT, Circuit Training, Bodyweight exercises, Powerbuilding, Strength training, Yoga, Barre, Pilates, Recovery, Cardio, Pregnancy, and postnatal. Users can choose to follow a program or work out on demand, and select workouts that suit their lifestyle with no equipment, free weights, or machines. Sweat’s features make it easy for users to stay on track and monitor their progress. The app includes exercise descriptions and video demonstrations, exercise substitutions to make movements harder or easier, trainer audio cues, log weights used during gym-based programs, planner to schedule workouts and track weekly progress, share “sweaty selfies” with friends and the Sweat Community to stay motivated, comprehensive education section covering fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing, daily meals tailored to dietary preferences, daily step and hydration trackers, and 24/7 access to the Sweat Community. Sweat is free to download, but ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis.
